Influencer Marketing Manager -

About the Role -

We are looking for a creative, relationship-driven and results-oriented Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the brand's influencer and creator marketing initiatives.

The role will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, increase footfall and strengthen Outlet Mall of India's positioning as India's leading outlet shopping destination.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the creator economy, social media trends and consumer behaviour, with the ability to identify, manage and build long-term relationships with creators across fashion, lifestyle, food, travel, entertainment and regional categories.

Working closely with the Brand Manager, Social Media Manager, Creative Producer, PR and Performance Marketing teams, the Influencer Marketing Manager will ensure creator partnerships are aligned with the brand's objectives and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities -

Influencer Strategy & Planning -

- Develop annual, quarterly and campaign-wise influencer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build creator ecosystems across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, food, travel, parenting, finance, entertainment and regional content categories.
- Identify and onboard macro, micro, nano and celebrity influencers based on campaign objectives.
- Develop influencer budgets and campaign forecasts.
- Recommend creator mix based on target audience and campaign goals.

Campaign Planning & Execution -

- Develop detailed influencer campaign briefs and content guidelines.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts and deliverables.
- Coordinate campaign timelines,



approvals and publishing schedules.
- Ensure creators adhere to brand guidelines and campaign messaging.
- Monitor campaign execution and ensure timely delivery of content.

Relationship Management -

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, talent managers and influencer agencies.
- Maintain an updated influencer database.
- Identify potential brand ambassadors and long-term collaborations. Negotiate commercials while ensuring cost-effective partnerships.

Content & Collaboration -

- Collaborate with the Creative Producer and Social Media Manager to develop influencer-led content.
- Coordinate influencer participation in store launches, events, shopping festivals and brand campaigns.
- Encourage authentic and engaging storytelling while maintaining brand consistency.

Campaign Performance & Reporting - Monitor campaign performance through -

- Prepare campaign reports with insights and recommendations.

Market Research & Innovation -

- Stay updated with influencer trends, creator platforms and emerging digital communities.
- Identify current creator opportunities and content formats. Recommend innovative influencer campaigns that strengthen brand visibility.

Required Skills & Experience -

- 4-6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media platforms.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience working with agencies and creators.
- Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns.
