: Import & Export Executive

SRV Damage Preventions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Import & Export Executive with 2 - 8 years of relevant experience in import/export operations, logistics, documentation, and coordination with transport and clearing agents. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day import/export activities, documentation, customs-related coordination, shipment tracking, and providing timely updates to the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Import & Export operations and documentation.
- Coordinate with Customs, CHA/Customs Brokers, freight forwarders, transporters, and logistics partners.
- Handle and follow up on shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, transport documents, customs paperwork, etc.
- Coordinate with transport agents for shipment movement, documentation, and delivery status.
- Track shipments and provide daily status updates to the management and internal team.
- Coordinate for customs clearance and resolve documentation or operational issues.
- Maintain proper records of import/export shipments and related documents.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and shipment status reports.




- Use MS Excel for data entry, tracking, reporting, data preparation, and basic presentation.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all stakeholders to avoid shipment delays.
- Support the team in other logistics and supply-chain related activities as required.

Candidate Profile

- 2 - 8 years of relevant experience in Import & Export, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Supply Chain operations.
- Good knowledge of Import/Export documentation and customs procedures.
- Experience coordinating with transporters, CHA/Customs Brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics agencies.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Should be comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Good follow-up skills with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ability to prepare and present operational data.
- Should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
