Role Description This is a full-time, in office Immigration Sales Consultant role based in Thane.

The Immigration Sales

Consultant will engage with potential clients, understand their immigration goals, and provide accurate information on suitable visa and migration options.

Responsibilities include conducting initial consultations, explaining program requirements, assisting clients with documentation, and coordinating with internal case-processing teams to ensure timely submissions. The role involves managing leads, following up with prospects, maintaining client records, and meeting sales and conversion targets through ethical and compliant practices.



The consultant will also stay updated on immigration policies and contribute to improving client communication materials and sales processes.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing and consultation skills, including active listening, clear communication, and the ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
- Sales and business development abilities, such as lead management, relationship building, and achieving revenue or conversion targets in a service-based environment.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including documentation management, attention to detail, and accurate record-keeping using CRM or similar tools.
- Knowledge or strong interest in immigration, visa processes, or international education, with the willingness to learn and stay updated on changing regulations.
