We are looking for an Immigration Counselor for Texas Review Kochi Branch.
Females with at least 1-2 years experience preferably in Immigration Couselling/ Sales,

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Provide counseling for Permanent Residency & Migration Programs- Canada, AUS, UK, NZ and Visit Visa process
2. Ability to explain various visa processes and help clients to understand the immigration procedures for their preferred destination.
3. Handle clients over the phone, by email, and through face-to-face counseling.
4. Interact with professionals/ clients in person and assist them with their overseas process.
5. Understand the expectations and requirements of the clients and aid them with relevant overseas career opportunities.
6. Call potential customers through daily assigned leads and secure appointments for the week.
7. Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration, Visa laws & Policies.
8. Provide a personal Global Career strategy customized to their needs.
9. Making outbound calls to either warm or hot leads provided & solve queries regarding visas.
Requirements:
1. Location:
Kochi (In office Job Candidate Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting the job- Must requirement)
2. Experience: 1 - 2 Years in Immigration (preferred) or any Sales Target-based related to education or relatable only. (Must)
3. Good Communication Skills in Malayalam and English required.
4. Must be knowledgeable about the different visa application processes, benefits, and special offers to clients.
5. Experience as a Visa counselor, TeleSales etc. could be deemed as positives.
6. Have skills to identify the correct prospect according to the eligibility standards and convert it into our enrolled client.
7. Be able to Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
8. Must be systematic & and organized to maintain Regular follow-up on inquiries received.
9. Is a Problem Solver - Identify, resolve queries and handle the queries of clients.
10. Be ambitious and career-driven - Maximum achievement of goals and best-in-class Customer service levels.
11. Any added responsibility assigned by Superiors to enhance more ability.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
