Requirement:

- HSC / Graduates can apply
- Expereince Compulsory (any sales Expereince)
- Hindi communication / Average english
- Salary 15,000 to 19,000 inhand plus incentives.
- Sunday weekoff
- 2 rounds of interview

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage money control activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Provide sales support to the team by handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in mutual fund operations, including processing applications, redemptions, and transfers.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Participate in outbound processes such as telesales calls to promote banking products.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry (banking/finance).
- Solid understanding of banking products, particularly mutual funds sales process.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
