Kerala Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Holiday Consultant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international holiday enquiries.
- Create customized South India tour packages based on client requirements.
- Guide clients on destinations, hotels, transportation, and travel experiences.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare quotations and itineraries.
- Provide excellent customer support throughout the booking process.
- Maintain good relationships with clients.

Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience as a Holiday Consultant, Travel Consultant, or in a similar travel sales role.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good sales and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of South India destinations.
- Experience in handling travel enquiries, quotations, and bookings.
- Passion for travel and tourism.
- Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
