Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and explain job opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Passedout Year: From 2024 Passedouts Only.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work from office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Advantages:
- Salary: 13,000 15,000 per month for the first 3 months.
- Salary will be increased after 3 months based on performance.
