HR Super Generalist
Location: Ahmedabad | Type:Full time
Who we are:
Because turns businesses into brands. We're a Creative Technology company — 7 years in, 100 people robust, working with conglomerates, legacy brands doing a turnaround, and new-age founders building from scratch.
We don't believe in boxed-in roles here — not for our creative team, and not for this one. This isn't a "process HR" job. Your first and biggest job is finding the right people. Everything else — onboarding, culture, engagement — is what you build once they're in.
What you'll actually do:
Recruitment — this is the core of the role
- Own hiring end to end for a 100-person team that's still growing — sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing
- Write job posts that sound like us, not like every other agency's copy-paste JD (see: this one)
- Build a real pipeline, not a reactive one — know where the next great hire is before the role even opens
- Have real conversations in interviews, not checklist ones — you're evaluating for "thinks well and picks things up fast," which doesn't show up on a resume
- Close candidates well — the offer conversation is a brand moment too
Onboarding & engagement — where you build on what you've hired
- Make Day 1 feel like something — not a folder of policy PDFs, but a first-week experience people remember
- Keep 100 people feeling like a team, not a headcount — rituals, recognition, the little things that add up
- Read the room — know how people are actually doing, not through a survey link nobody fills
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years in HR/People roles, with real hands-on recruitment experience — this is non-negotiable, not a nice-to-have
- Someone who treats hiring like a craft, not a funnel to fill
- Comfortable using AI tools to move faster on the operational bits, so you can spend more time actually talking to people
- Good instinct for tone — knows the difference between formal-when-it-matters and warm-the-rest-of-the-time
What you won't be doing: Posting a JD and waiting, running engagement as a once-a-year event, or treating hiring as an afterthought squeezed between other tasks.
