Role Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources & Institutional Outreach professional for a full-time, 6-month contractual/probationary role. The position combines HR operations, schools outreach, institutional partnership development, mentor coordination, and external stakeholder communication.

A key responsibility will be to approach targeted schools and educational institutions on a daily basis for RetAInly app integration, institutional pilots, IITian mentor partnerships, workshops, and other collaborations.

The candidate will initially be hired on a 6-month contractual basis. Upon successful completion of the six-month term and satisfactory performance, the candidate may be offered permanent full-time employment.

1. Role & Responsibilities

Institutional Outreach & Partnerships a. Conduct daily outreach to targeted schools, coaching institutes, and educational institutions.

b. Connect with Principals, Directors, Academic Coordinators, and other decision-makers.

c. Introduce RetAInly and coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups.

d. Support institutional partnerships for RetAInly app integration and school pilots.

e. Coordinate outreach for IITian mentor partnerships, workshops, and educational initiatives.

f. Maintain systematic records of outreach, leads, conversations, meetings, and follow-ups.

HR & People Operations a. Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.

b. Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.

c. Support onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, and employee records.

d. Coordinate communication with employees, candidates, mentors, and other stakeholders.

e. Assist in maintaining organized HR and administrative records.

Communication & Documentation a. Draft professional emails, proposals, messages, meeting notes,



and follow-ups.

b. Prepare and format documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and basic reports.

c. Maintain transparent and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

d. Use Canva for basic communication and design requirements or be willing to learn it quickly.

e. Use AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms for research, drafting, documentation, and productivity.

2. Preferred Candidate Profile a. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

b. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.

c. Comfortable with cold calling, emails, professional conversations, and regular follow-ups.

d. Confident communicating with senior professionals such as school Principals, Directors, and Academic Coordinators.

e. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

f. Comfortable using Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.

g. Familiarity with Canva is preferred.

h. Comfortable using ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools.

i. Interest in HR, EdTech, institutional partnerships, startups, or business development will be an advantage.

Initial Term: 6 months

Experience Required: 01 year of relevant professional experience.

Monthly Salary During Probation: 8,00010,000

Post-Probation Salary: 15,000 per month after successful permanent hiring

5. Employment Conversion The candidate will be hired initially for a period of six months on a contractual basis, which will serve as the probationary period. During this period, the monthly salary will be 8,00010,000. Upon successful completion of the six-month term and satisfactory evaluation of performance, conduct, responsibilities, and overall suitability, the candidate may be converted to a permanent full-time position with a monthly salary of 15,000.
