Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple job openings across various departments.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high quality candidates.
- Conduct candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from the initial contact through to the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs, job descriptions, and candidate requirements.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and assist candidates with onboarding processes.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations,



ensuring HR systems and processes are running efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation.
- Prepare HR-related reports, analyze trends, and offer recommendations for process improvements.
- Provide operational support for HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines are met.
- Foster a positive work environment and assist in employee relations activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions or concerns.
- Ensure that recruitment and HR processes align with company culture and values.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Experience in HR operations.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing,

and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
