- Maintain and renew all statutory registers, licenses, and factory compliance documentation (factory license, contract labour license, etc.) on schedule
- Own end-to-end recruitment for the factory — workers, supervisors, engineers, and graduate/engineer trainees — including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
- Partner with plant leadership on manpower planning, budgeting, and workforce optimization
- Manage industrial relations, employee grievances, and disciplinary processes in line with law and company policy
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and shift management in coordination with the finance team
- Ensure contract labour compliance — licensing, wage payments,

- Prepare and submit statutory returns and reports (PF, ESI, labour welfare fund, bonus, gratuity, minimum wages)
- Run the factory's POSH Internal Committee and other grievance redressal mechanisms
- Drive onboarding, induction, and training programs for new factory hires
- Coordinate with the EHS/safety team to ensure HR policies align with factory safety and welfare standards
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives at the factory

Requirements & Qualifications

- 6–8 years of overall HR experience, with at least 3–4 years managing HR for a large manufacturing/factory facility (200+ workforce)
- Robust, current working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements applicable to factories
- Demonstrated experience managing recruitment across blue-collar, white-collar, and trainee/GET hiring
- Prior experience liaising with government labour authorities and handling factory inspections/audits
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur

Key Skills

- In-depth knowledge of labour law and statutory compliance (Factories Act, EPF, ESI, Contract Labour Act, etc.)
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition capability across levels
- Excellent negotiation, conflict-resolution, and employee-relations skills
- Confident, clear communicator in Hindi and English — comfortable dealing with workmen, contractors, and government officials
- Proficiency with HRMS/payroll software and MS Office (Excel in particular)
- High discretion and integrity in handling sensitive employee and compliance matters
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple statutory deadlines simultaneously
