We are looking for professionals with experience in HRO, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Shared Services, or Back-office Operations and strong German language skills.

Required Skills:

- German language proficiency is mandatory.
- B1/B2 German certification is compulsory.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Basic understanding of HR processes or Learning & Development operations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Robust interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Willingness to work from office in Bangalore.
- Exposure to HR systems or learning platforms is an added advantage.

Additional Requirement: PAN and DOB are required for profile creation.
