Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive talent acquisition, retention, and development.

- Manage manpower planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on workforce metrics.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Implement effective policies and maintain accurate records.

- Support blue collar hiring initiatives to meet business needs.

Job Requirements :

- Minimum 15 years of experience in an HRBP role within the engineering & construction industry.

- Solid knowledge of compliance requirements.

- Proven ability to manage large teams effectively.

- Experience in blue collar hiring, compliance, and manpower planning.

- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
