Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and protocols for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operational phases of oil & gas projects.

- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential hazards and implement controls during all stages of project execution.

- Provide training on HSE best practices to employees at all levels within the organization.

Job Requirements :

- 8-20 years of experience in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) management in the Oil & Gas industry.

- Strong understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and Risk Assessment methodologies.

- Experience with developing frameworks for HSE procedures and protocols for current projects or existing facilities undergoing modifications.
