Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the 's qualifications.

- Assist in scheduling interviews, preparing interview schedules, and ensuring timely communication with applicants.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment role.

- Robust understanding of talent sourcing techniques including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, etc.

- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with hiring managers and applicants.

- Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
