Luniq Health is a growing healthcare company focused on providing quality home healthcare services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within timelines.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and reports.
Requirements
- Any graduate with valuable communication skills.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior recruitment/HR experience will be an added advantage.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with healthcare recruitment experience will have an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,900.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
