We're looking for a proactive, people-savvy HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across our group of organizations — Sukhmani, SAM, PetPro, and others. This role suits someone who thrives on sourcing talent across a wide spectrum of roles, from field staff to specialized professionals, and who's organized enough to build and maintain a clean, centralized recruitment system for the whole group.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout) across all group organizations — Sukhmani, SAM, PetPro, and others

- Hire across a wide range of roles: Security Guards, Housekeeping Staff, Supervisors, Administrators, Managers, Veterinarians, Veterinary Assistants, and other technical/non-technical positions

- Source candidates through job portals, consultancies, referrals, walk-ins, and social media/professional networks

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/in-person interviews to assess candidate fit

- Coordinate with department heads/hiring managers to understand role requirements and finalize job descriptions

- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds between candidates and respective stakeholders

- Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding handover to HR operations

- Create and maintain a centralized, well-organized database of CVs, candidate records, and interview feedback across all organizations

- Track recruitment metrics — open positions, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio





- Maintain compliance with hiring documentation and pre-employment verification processes

- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for recurring/bulk roles (e.g., Security Guards, Housekeeping Staff)

- Prepare periodic hiring status and recruitment reports for management

Requirements

- Prior experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably handling both blue-collar/field roles and white-collar/professional roles

- Experience hiring for facility management, healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site service organizations preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging candidates across diverse educational and professional backgrounds

- Proficiency in MS Excel and app-based recruitment/CRM/ATS tools

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions across multiple organizations simultaneously

- Sense of urgency and follow-through in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring workplace

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with candidate data

Preferred

- Prior experience recruiting for multi-site facility management, security, housekeeping, or veterinary/animal care organizations

- Familiarity with bulk/volume hiring for field roles alongside niche hiring for specialized/technical roles

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
