About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment and help us hire top talent. You’ll partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and create a great candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment: Understand requirements, source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close roles across tech, sales, and corporate functions
- Sourcing: Use job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, employee referrals, and social media to build strong pipelines
- Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial HR rounds, assess culture fit, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Employer Branding: Support in building company brand on LinkedIn, job portals, and campus drives
- ATS & Reporting: Maintain candidate data in ATS, track TAT, pipeline health, and share weekly hiring reports




- Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and smooth onboarding experience
- Market Research: Keep track of salary benchmarks and hiring trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2+ years in IT/Non-IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Tools: Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, ATS like Zoho/Greenhouse/Workday
- Skills: Solid communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and ability to work on multiple roles
- Education: MBA/BBA in HR or any graduate degree
- Bonus: Experience with volume hiring, RPO, or startup workplace
