Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Who Can Apply?

- Female candidates only.
- Any Graduate from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
- Freshers with a strong interest in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition are welcome.
- Candidates with HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition internship experience are highly preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Attractive Incentives Freshers: 13,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives





Candidates with HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Internship

Experience:

15,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
