Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to join our People team in Pune. This role is central to delivering a seamless employee experience — from the moment someone joins BrightNight to the time they move on. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing day-to-day HR operations while also supporting broader HR generalist activities.

Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Administration

Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires — including documentation, welcome emails, system setup, induction coordination, and day-one readiness.

Administer smooth offboarding processes — exit formalities, clearance, and full & final settlement coordination.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and employee trackers.

Prepare and issue HR letters including offer appointment letters, experience letters, confirmation letters, and other employment-related documents.





Track and manage employee lifecycle events — probation confirmations, promotions, transfers, and role changes.

Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and employee handbooks.

Coordinate and track employee engagement initiatives, learning & development calendars, and HR events.

Contribute to the review and drafting of HR policies in alignment with India labour laws and company guidelines.

Manage Ad-hoc reporting and tasks

Track and manage employee leaves and other data

Qualifications & Experience

MBA in Human Resources

2–4 years of HR Operations / HR experience, preferably in a corporate or shared services setting.

Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office Suite — Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Competencies

High degree of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal.

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Adaptability and openness to work across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
