Key Responsibilities

● Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for IT and Non-IT positions.

● Develop a strong understanding of technical and functional job requirements.

● Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates effectively.

● Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth candidate onboarding.

● Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster),

networking, and passive candidate databases.

● Maintain and update internal candidate databases by skill set and experience.

● Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.





● Handle multiple recruitment mandates efficiently within tight timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Executive.

● Strong command of English (verbal and written).

● Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or HR specialization preferred.

● Proficient in using recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.

● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

● Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
