- Lead and manage the overall HR function of VTrust Group.
- Manage HR operations across VTrust Eye Hospital, VTrust Group of Institutions and VTrust Finishing School.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, selection and onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
- Implement department-wise JD, KRA, KPI and Performance Appraisal Systems.
- Handle employee discipline, grievances and workplace issues.
- Develop employee engagement, retention, training and development initiatives.
- Establish and implement HR policies, SOPs and compliance systems.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS and management reports.
- Work closely with Department Heads to resolve manpower and performance-related issues.
- Support the management in building a strong organizational culture and high-performance workforce.
Candidate Profile
- MBA HR / MSW / Degree or Postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Education Group HR will be an added advantage.
- Solid leadership, communication and people-management skills.
- Practical knowledge of recruitment, payroll, performance management and HR systems.
