Job Timing: 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

- Experience in payroll, attendance & HR operations
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance & employee engagement
- Experience handling job portals & recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel & spreadsheets
- Fluent English speaking is mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Handle employee relations & HR operations
- Supervise attendance, payroll & leave management
- Develop and implement HR policies & procedures
- Conduct interviews & coordinate onboarding process
- Manage job portal postings & candidate databases
- Handle employee queries and conflict resolution
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records
- Coordinate with management for workforce planning

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
