:We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Manager to join our growing IT company. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, HR documentation, employee coordination, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and interview coordination
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Manage attendance and leave records
- Handle employee queries and concerns
- Maintain HR policies and records
- Coordinate with management and employees
- Support performance management and company activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and recruitment
- Good organizational and management skills
