We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to oversee the organization’s HR operations, employee management, recruitment, compliance, and HR administration. The HR Manager will ensure effective implementation of HR policies and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.

- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance.

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

- Manage performance reviews and employee engagement.

- Coordinate resignation, notice period, and exit formalities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.

- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.

- Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and labour compliance.

- Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with HRMS/ERP and MS Office.
