About the Role

Omni Ayurveda is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Intern to support our growing team with recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want practical exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and People Management in a growing Ayurveda healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and recruitment platforms.
- Post and manage job openings for doctors, therapists, sales, marketing, clinic, and corporate roles.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in preparing selection, offer, and joining communications.

1. Employee Onboarding

- Coordinate joining formalities for new employees.
- Collect and verify required employee documents.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Assist with induction and orientation.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth onboarding.

1. HR Operations

- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Update employee databases and HR trackers.




- Assist with employee documentation and HR letters.
- Support payroll-related data collection and verification.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and HR reports.
- Assist in exit formalities and employee documentation.

1. Employee Engagement

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Support internal communication initiatives.
- Coordinate employee meetings, celebrations, and HR activities.
- Help maintain a positive and professional workplace environment.

1. HR Administration

- Maintain confidential employee and candidate information.
- Assist the HR team with daily administrative activities.
- Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed BBA, B.Com, MBA/PGDM (HR), or any HR/Management-related course.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates interested in building a career in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition are preferred.
