Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment , including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding , documentation, induction, and internal coordination.
- Help maintain HR data, employee records, and daily operational trackers.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities , events, and communication drives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support daily HR operations.
- Contribute to improving HR processes, documentation, and candidate experience.

Requirements

- Graduates from BBA / BCom / BA / BMS / BSc or related fields with interest in Human Resources .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
