About Us

At Human Intelligence Labs, our mission is to bridge the gap between academia and the IT industry. We provide software graduates with intensive, hands-on training, internships, and opportunities to work on live, real-world projects.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our growing team and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, candidate coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interviews, assessments, selection updates, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Maintain and update HR files and employee records.
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with different teams to understand and support their hiring needs.
- Support student outreach and engagement activities for the company’s training programs, including communicating with prospective students, sharing program information, and following up on enquiries.
- Take ownership of other HR-related responsibilities and organizational initiatives as assigned, based on business requirements.

Requirements





- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace, MS Office, and spreadsheets.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work on-site from our Gomti Nagar, Lucknow office.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
