We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. People who have worked in IT/Technical firms are preferred
Key Responsibilities:1.Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
2.Support employee engagement and grievance handling
3.Assist in performance management processes
4.Coordinate payroll and benefits administration
5.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
6.Maintain employee records and HR reports
Requirements:1. Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 23 years of HR experience in IT field.
3.Robust knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
4.Excellent communication and organizational skills
