Job Summary

Sign Restaurant is looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and at least 1 year of HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Manage employee joining, induction, transfer, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee personal files, HR records, and documentation.
- Monitor daily attendance, leave, late coming, and absenteeism.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding salary and attendance-related information.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace issues professionally.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, rules, and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.




- Prepare and maintain regular HR reports and MIS.
- Assist in disciplinary procedures and performance-related matters when required.
- Ensure proper HR documentation and confidentiality of employee information.
- Support compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle employee matters professionally and confidentially.
- Candidates with experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry will be preferred.
