About the Role:

Devout Tech Consultants is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong IT background and hands-on experience in both recruitment and administrative HR functions.

Key Requirements:

- Background in IT industry is mandatory
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong understanding of HR administrative processes
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Handle HR operations and administrative tasks
- Drive employee engagement activities and programs
- Support overall HR functions and team initiatives
