Job Title: HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Construction Equipment Dealership / Heavy Equipment industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the dealership.
- Handle recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Monitor daily attendance, leave, absenteeism, and employee movement.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for timely salary processing.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Ensure timely completion of joining, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Law and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.




- Liaise with branch/dealership management regarding manpower requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Construction Equipment Dealership, Automobile Dealership, Heavy Equipment, or similar industry.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Ability to handle employee issues professionally and confidentially.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Bawadiya Kalan, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
