- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, nursing, and non-clinical positions.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, attendance, leave, and personnel records.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Assist in payroll inputs, employee engagement, and performance management activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and HR procedures.
- Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
- Maintain HR documentation, reports, and employee databases.
- Support training, appraisal, and retention initiatives.
Qualification: MBA HR Experience: Minimum 1 Year of HR experience (Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred)
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
