Role Description The HR-Associate – Field Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Ambattur. This role is responsible for end-to-end field recruitment activities for restaurant and support staff, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating selection processes, and ensuring timely onboarding.

The HR-Associate will build and maintain relationships with local talent sources such as training institutes, job fairs, and community organizations, and help maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for multiple locations.



Day-to-day tasks include maintaining recruitment trackers, supporting HR operations related to new joiners, assisting with induction and basic training, and collaborating with outlet managers to understand staffing needs. The role also involves ensuring adherence to company HR policies and contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture across outlets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and employee onboarding support.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with candidates, outlet teams, and HR leadership.
- Prior experience in field recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in retail, hospitality, or food services, is beneficial.
- Ability to travel locally for recruitment activities and work effectively at on-site locations.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with proficiency in basic MS Office tools.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
