Role Overview

We are seek polished, well-spoken, and customer-centric professionals for the role of Hostess and CRM Executive / Guest Relations Executive.

Candidates from hospitality, aviation, front office, hostess, guest relations, luxury retail, salon/spa, premium lifestyle brands, or high-end customer service industries are highly preferred.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, strong follow-up abilities, and the confidence to interact with premium clientele professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers warmly while ensuring a premium in-store experience.

Handle customer enquiries, service requests, appointments, and follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular engagement and personalized communication.

Coordinate with showroom sales teams for customer appointments, visit planning, lead follow-ups, and conversion support.

Maintain customer records, preferences, birthdays, anniversaries, and important occasions in the CRM system.

Ensure timely customer follow-ups for enquiries, pending visits, feedback,



and repeat business opportunities.

Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally while maintaining high service standards.

Support customer engagement activities, events, exhibitions, and loyalty initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates preferred for hostess/guest relations profiles.

1–4 years of experience in: Hospitality, Aviation, Front Office, Hostess / Guest Relations, CRM / Customer Service, Luxury Retail, Premium Lifestyle Brands.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.

Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism.

Comfortable handling premium and high-value customers.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
