We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Homeroom Teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom setting while ensuring the overall academic, social, and emotional development of students.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Manage classroom routines, discipline, attendance, and student behaviour effectively.
- Monitor and assess students’ academic progress and provide appropriate support.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Encourage students to participate in academic, co-curricular, and school activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Provide individual attention and support to students based on their learning needs.
- Collaborate with other teachers and coordinators to support student development.
- Contribute to a safe,



inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and professional development programmes.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant field.
- B.Ed. / equivalent teaching qualification preferred or mandatory as per school requirements.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputed school is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
