POSITION

Holiday Staff – Tour Packages

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handling customer enquiries for domestic & international tour packages Preparing and explaining customized tour packages Coordinating hotel, transport, sightseeing and other travel arrangements Following up with enquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings Maintaining good relationships with customers and travel partners Assisting customers before, during and after their trips Achieving assigned sales and booking targets

WE ARE LOOKING FOR




- Previous experience in Travel & Tourism / Tour Packages / Travel Sales preferred Valuable communication and customer-handling skills Knowledge of popular travel destinations and tour packages Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Freshers with a strong interest in the travel industry may also apply
