Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced O2C Billing Executive with hands-on experience in Order to Cash billing operations and SAP ERP. The candidate will be responsible for invoice processing, billing accuracy, dispute handling, customer coordination, and maintaining SLA timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end O2C Billing process including invoice generation and processing

Create customer invoices, credit notes, debit notes in SAP

Validate PO, pricing, tax details, and billing data before invoice release

Handle billing queries, discrepancies, short payments, and disputes

Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance teams for issue resolution

Ensure billing completion within TAT / SLA timelines

Maintain billing tracker, MIS reports, and month-end closing support





Follow compliance and internal controls in billing process

Required Skills

5+ years experience in O2C / Billing / Accounts Receivable

Good hands-on experience in SAP

Strong knowledge of invoice processing, credit notes, debit notes

Valuable communication skills

Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)

Attention to detail and problem-solving skill
