Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager-AR(End to End) medical billing operations and ensure accurate and timely claim processing, revenue optimization, and team management.

Location: Saidapet, Chennai

Experience: 8-12 Years

Designation : Billing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end medical billing operations
- Ensure timely and accurate claim submission
- Monitor billing KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics
- Handle billing escalations and resolve claim-related issues
- Coordinate with AR, coding, and client teams
- Train, mentor, and manage the billing team
- Prepare reports and support process improvements

Requirements:

- 8-12 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing
- Must be in Assistant Manager as 2 years on paper
- Solid knowledge of RCM, claim submission, and billing workflows
- Experience in team handling and stakeholder management
- Good analytical and communication skills
