We are looking for International Semi-Voice Process Executives with a minimum of 6 months of experience in International Chat or Voice Process. Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through international chats and calls. • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information and solutions. • Maintain professional communication with customers. • Follow process guidelines and company policies while handling interactions. • Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction. • Maintain accuracy and quality while handling multiple chats and calls. • Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required. • Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets. • Work effectively as part of a team and maintain good coordination with colleagues.
• Be versatile to work in complete night shifts as per business requirements.
