Position: EM IP/OP Coders (Certified)

Location: Delhi NCR (Noida), Hyderabad, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Perform accurate coding for Evaluation & Management (E/M) Inpatient (IP) & Outpatient (OP) services
- Assign correct ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on clinical documentation
- Review physician notes, discharge summaries, and medical records for coding accuracy
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, payer guidelines, and regulatory norms
- Maintain quality and productivity targets
- Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with providers for clarification
- Stay updated with changes in E/M coding guidelines and industry standards

Eligibility Criteria:
- Certified coders only (CPC mandatory)




- Experience in E/M IP/OP coding preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding conventions
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
