Qualification: Any Graduate Graduation is mandatory

Salary & Benefits

CTC: Up to 5.3 LPA + 1,02,000 Annual Incentives

Monthly Incentives: Up to 8,500 based on performance

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US Insurance Companies on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Handle AR follow-up, claim status and denial management.
- Analyze AR data and identify reasons for pending and unpaid claims.
- Understand and work on top denial reasons and claim resolution.




- Follow up with insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up records.
- Apply working knowledge of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ year of experience in US Healthcare AR Voice Process is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Denial Management.
- Experience in Physician Billing / Hospital Billing preferred.
- Good understanding of US Healthcare RCM.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling calls with US Insurance Companies.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Shift Timings Candidates should be flexible to work in either of the following US shifts:

5:00 PM 2:00 AM

6:30 PM 3:30 AM

Transportation Facility

Two-way cab facility available, subject to company transportation policies and boundary limits.

Important: Candidates must reside within a 25 KM radius of the respective company location.
