HIRING: CONTENT CREATOR & MARKETING STRATEGIST

QSR/Cafe Brand | Full-Time | Chandigarh | Hybrid: Remote + In-Office

We’re looking for a creative, outgoing and multi-talented person who can create content, manage social media and execute marketing for our new QSR/Cafe brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

CONTENT & INSTAGRAM

- Shoot and create Reels, Stories, photos and other content
- Edit videos using basic editing tools and Canva
- Plan, create and post content on Instagram
- Come up with fresh content ideas and concepts
- Follow trends and identify viral content opportunities
- Be comfortable and confident on camera

MARKETING

- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns
- Come up with ideas to generate buzz, awareness and footfall
- Execute guerrilla marketing and organic marketing stunts
- Explore creative online and offline marketing opportunities

INFLUENCERS & AFFILIATES

- Find and coordinate with influencers and content creators
- Manage affiliate and referral partnerships
- Build relationships with local creators, businesses and communities
- Coordinate people during shoots, campaigns and activations

ON-GROUND EXECUTION

- Be comfortable approaching and talking to people in person




- Help execute marketing activities and events
- Take ideas from concept → execution

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience: Beginner to Advanced, all levels welcome
- Extroverted, outgoing and confident personality
- Camera confident and comfortable speaking on camera
- Excellent English communication skills
- Positive understanding of Instagram and social media
- Basic to advanced video shooting and editing skills
- Comfortable using Canva and editing tools
- Basic understanding of marketing and affiliate marketing
- Understanding and execution of guerrilla marketing & marketing stunts
- Creative and able to generate content and marketing ideas
- Comfortable meeting, approaching and talking to new people
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to wear multiple hats
- Strong execution skills
