Healthcare Research & Lead Generation Executive

Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 10,000-15000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Healthcare Research & Lead Generation Executive to support our international medical conference marketing initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for researching physicians, doctors, and healthcare professionals, identifying relevant prospects, collecting and verifying professional contact information, and maintaining an accurate database for conference marketing activities.

This is a non-technical role focused on online research, healthcare professional identification, database building, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Research physicians, doctors, and healthcare professionals using online sources.
- Identify healthcare professionals based on medical specialties and conference requirements.
- Conduct research using Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other online platforms.
- Collect, verify, and update professional email addresses and contact information.
- Build and maintain an accurate and duplicate-free healthcare professional database.
- Generate relevant leads for international medical conferences.
- Research hospitals, medical institutions, specialties, and professional profiles.
- Support the Marketing and Speaker teams with research and lead-generation activities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all collected information.




- Maintain daily records of research and lead-generation activities.
- Submit daily progress reports to the reporting manager.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly research and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills

- Good internet and online research skills.
- Positive knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, and other online platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to collect, organize, verify, and maintain large amounts of information.
- Willingness to learn about healthcare professionals and international medical conferences.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in online research, lead generation, market research, healthcare research, or data research will be preferred.

Important Note This is a non-technical position. Candidates from IT/software development, programming, or technical roles are not required.

The role is primarily focused on healthcare professional research, online research, lead generation, contact verification, and database management.
