Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to manage talent acquisition for our domestic hospital network. You will source, screen, and hire vital medical professionalsincluding consultants, resident doctors, nursing staff, and allied healthcare workers—to ensure our hospital departments are fully staffed with top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing Specialists: Headhunt senior consultants, super-specialists (DM/MCh), and resident doctors (MD/MS/DNB) across various clinical departments.

- Volume Hiring: Manage bulk recruitment drives for nursing staff (B.Sc/GNM), ward boys, OT technicians, and lab assistants.

- Local Channels: Utilize Indian job boards (Naukri, TimesJobs), LinkedIn, reference networks, and local medical/nursing college tie-ups.

- Credential Verification: Verify state medical council registrations, Indian Nursing Council (INC) certificates, and degrees before onboarding.

- Offer Management: Handle complex salary structures involving fixed pay, incentives,



and revenue-sharing models for doctors.

- Retention Tracking: Manage candidate engagement from offer acceptance to the actual joining date to minimize drop-out rates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate in any stream; an MBA in HR or a background in Life Sciences/B.Pharma is highly preferred.

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience specifically within Indian hospitals or domestic medical staffing agencies.

- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Indian healthcare landscape, doctor availability cycles, and regional nursing supply trends.

- Statutory Awareness: Basic knowledge of NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) staffing guidelines and medical council regulations.

- Soft Skills: High empathy, persistence, and solid negotiation skills to close offers with busy medical professionals.
