- Detail-oriented qualified with extensive expertise in garment quality assurance and control. Experienced in implementing quality management systems to ensure the production of high-quality clothing items

- Inspecting the quality of various types of garments

- Working with Vendor team to minutely observe on Quality aspects to minimize error.

- Analyzing lab test reports like shrinkage after washing and dry cleaning, colour fastness, rubbing fastness, etc & work on corrective actions which can be taken at time of fabric process .

- Deploying quality initiatives in the unit and working towards zero defects to strengthen there internal quality system and make them Self sustainable vendor to Ship goods .

- Conversant with quality management techniques such as identify the lacunas, stream line the system or implement new system, ensure continuous improvement of the system.

- Approving samples, pre-production samples and production orders.
