Lead PAN India IR operations across manufacturing plants, managing unions, contract labour, compliance, disputes, government liaison, workforce discipline, employee engagement, crisis management, and IR strategy. Ex-Army Major/Colonel preferred.
Required Candidate profile
MBA/PGDM HR/IR, 20–25 yrs’ IR/Plant HR experience, preferably Ex-Army Major/Colonel with manufacturing exposure. CTC up to 35 LPA. Gujarat work experience/knowledge preferred.
