- MSE invites applications from experienced Capital Market professionals for the position of Head – Market Operations. The role will be responsible for overseeing Exchange operations across market segments, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, risk management, system enhancements and business continuity. The position will be based out of Mumbai and will report to the CTOO. ~~- Detailed :

- Lead Exchange operations across market segments. ~~ - Coordinate with Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, Depositories and other MIIs for seamless operations. ~~ - Drive system enhancements, automation and operational process improvements. ~~ - Oversee mock sessions, system validations and implementation of operational changes. ~~ - Oversee CTCL and Algo ID approvals & activation processes in line with regulatory requirements. ~~ - Coordinate with Regulators, Auditors and Inspectors for audits, inspections and compliance reviews.



~~ - Ensure DR site readiness, business continuity and effective operational risk management. ~~ - Lead operational teams and ensure adherence to defined controls, SLAs and regulatory requirements. ~~- Candidate Profile:

- MBA / Post-Graduate with minimum 18+ years of relevant experience in Capital Markets and Exchange Operations. ~~ - Strong understanding of Indian Securities Market infrastructure, Exchange operations and the MII ecosystem. ~~ - Thorough knowledge of SEBI Regulations, operational frameworks and regulatory requirements. ~~ - Experience in Exchange Operations, Clearing & Settlement coordination, CTCL, Algo controls and operational risk management. ~~ - Strong exposure to system enhancements, automation, and DR drills. ~~ - Experience with Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, Depositories or SEBI-registered intermediaries shall be preferred. ~~- Competencies:

- Strong operational and strategic leadership. ~~ - Experience in managing end-to-end Exchange / Market Operations processes. ~~ - Sound understanding of securities market and regulatory ecosystem. ~~ - Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. ~~ - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. ~~ - Ability to lead teams and effectively manage critical operational situations. ~~- Application Process:
