About the Role

Anaya Global is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Software Consultant to join our team. The consultant will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, provide technology solutions, support software applications, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently while interacting with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client business and technical requirements.
- Analyze existing applications, systems, and processes and recommend suitable solutions.
- Provide software consulting, implementation, and application support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with development/support teams for resolution.
- Assist in software integration, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Prepare technical documentation, process documents, and solution proposals.
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with clients to understand issues and provide timely solutions.
- Participate in project discussions, requirement gathering, and status meetings.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with business requirements, security standards, and best practices.




- Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of software development and IT application environments.
- Experience with one or more technologies such as .NET, Java, Python, SQL, APIs, Web Services, Cloud, or Database technologies.
- Good knowledge of application support and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of SDLC, software testing, deployment, and incident management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in a consulting, IT services, or outsourcing workplace.
- Experience in client-facing roles will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
