We are looking for enthusiastic and creative fresher Hairdressers who are passionate about hairstyling and grooming. The candidate will receive practical exposure and training while assisting senior stylists and providing basic salon services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior hairstylists with daily salon services
- Perform basic haircuts, trimming, shampooing, and blow-drying under supervision
- Assist with hair styling, coloring, and basic hair treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstations
- Consult with customers regarding basic hair and grooming requirements
- Learn up-to-date haircutting, styling, and treatment techniques
- Prepare and maintain salon equipment and products
- Follow salon SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Support the team in maintaining overall salon operations
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of hair cutting and styling
- Interest in learning professional hairstyling techniques
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Creative approach and attention to detail
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
Qualification & Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Certificate/Diploma in Hair Dressing, Barbering, Cosmetology, or Beauty & Wellness is preferred
- Candidates with relevant salon training or internship experience will be an advantage
